To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team via the provided contact information. Upon approval, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item. It is essential that the return is shipped using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is safely returned to our facility.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.
